Therapy is here and exists for anyone, at any time, to explore any topic or challenge, big or small. If you feel like you need a large net of support or just a small helping hand, therapy may be just what you need.

Whether this is your first time seeking therapy or your second, third, or fourth, you deserve to find the right fit. Please don’t hesitate to reach out and ask questions or book a consultation just to see how it feels to chat together. My “door” is always open!

What to Expect +

Additional Information

  • Free 15-minute video or phone call where we can connect, speak more about what brought you here, and have any questions you have answered.

Finding the right fit in therapy is important, so this call can be helpful in determining if we’re a good match. Please know that there will never be any pressure to book a follow up session!

  • Sessions are typically 50-minutes in length (80-minutes available by request).

In the first session, I like to complete a history intake assessment, which entails asking you questions about life experiences and important people across the lifespan to get to know you better.

We then discuss/outline areas of interest for further exploration and goals for therapy.

In subsequent sessions, you can expect an open forum to continue previous discussions/explorations or create space for new/additional ones.

  • Flexible daytime hours between 9:30am-4:30pm from Monday to Thursday

4:30pm-6:30pm hours by request/availability on Mondays and Tuesdays

  • $140/50-minute session, please inquire about availability for sliding scale

  • I require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session

I charge the full session fee for late cancellations or no-shows
